Product Sales

All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returned items or provide exchanges, even if the product is unopened or unused.

Monthly Coaching Services

All monthly coaching service payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a monthly coaching payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the client uses all, part, or none of the coaching services during that billing period.

Cancellations for Coaching Services

Clients may cancel their monthly coaching service at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but it will not result in a refund for payments that have already been processed.

To cancel your coaching service, please contact us before your next billing date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps at our discretion.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all product sales and coaching service payments are final and non-refundable.
